Terms of service
These terms are between you and the operator of Just Write It, the provider of Just Write It.
The service
Just Write It helps you research, draft, design and schedule LinkedIn posts. You sign in with LinkedIn, and the service publishes only the posts you approve.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your LinkedIn account in good standing. You must be old enough to use LinkedIn in your country and able to enter into this agreement.
Your content
You own what you create. You give us permission to process it as needed to run the service for you. You are responsible for what you publish, including that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe anyone's rights. AI-assisted drafts may contain mistakes; review every post before approving it.
Acceptable use
- Follow LinkedIn's terms and policies. You are responsible for how you use LinkedIn.
- Do not use the service to spam, deceive, harass, impersonate, or publish unlawful content.
- Do not try to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service, or access other people's data.
- Optional helpers that interact with LinkedIn on your own computer are used at your own risk, and LinkedIn may restrict accounts that automate activity.
Plans and payment
New accounts start with a free trial of 14 days. After that a paid plan is needed to keep creating posts. Payments are handled by Stripe and renew until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Plan limits apply to keep the service fair and sustainable.
Availability
We work to keep the service running, but it depends on third parties (including LinkedIn and AI providers) and may be interrupted or change. We do not guarantee that a scheduled post will publish at an exact time or at all, so check important posts.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, reputation, or LinkedIn account access, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about material changes.
